The hotel had AMAZING amenities including complimentary treats in the lounge. I particularly enjoyed the afternoon desserts and evening cocktails. The onsen was a great bonus, great for relaxation after sightseeing. The staff were ALWAYS friendly and helpful.
The hotel lacked clear instructions regarding the closing time for the complimentary evening drinks. I found that the bar closed earlier than advertised, preventing me from fully utilizing the provided vouchers.

The breakfast buffet featured an omelette station where the staff prepared omelettes FRESHLY. There was a selection of Western-style breakfast foods that were well-prepared and tasty. I found the experience very satisfying.

The staff were helpful. They provided clear explanations and were very kind. I appreciated the staff who walked guests out and arranged transportation. They helped with luggage transport and provided directions.

The hotel had a great location near a train station. it was super easy to access many places like nara and osaka. the room was modern and always very clean. i especially loved the complimentary drinks and desserts offered each afternoon. It was a wonderful treat!!!
i found the laundry dryer to be a bit weak. it required some extra time to fully dry my clothes.

The staff provided excellent service . they quickly resolved an issue with the sofa bed in the three-person room. they sent over a mattress upon request. I really appreciated their quick response.

This hotel was really good. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. I also appreciated the great amenities. The staff was helpful and always available to assist with any questions. Luggage transportation services were available at reasonable prices, which I found convenient.
I found the lighting system in the suite a bit complex. Street noise was also noticeable in the corner suite. I wish the balcony was more usable.

the staff was friendly. they helped with luggage storage upon arrival before check-in time, acceptable.
the room felt smaller than i anticipated, and i noticed dust accumulation in corners and on the headboard. this lack of cleanliness detracted from the experience i expect at this class of hotel. furthermore, the soundproofing was deficient, i hear street noise late into the night despite my room being on a high floor. this disturbance definitely impacted my sleep quality.
