onsen benefit washing machine maze-like floor uncooled refrigerator
The onsen was a big plus after long days of walking. also, the coin operated washing machine was very useful. I wish all hotels offered this.
The room felt a bit maze-like, especially on the first floor. the refrigerator didn't cool drinks very well. This was hard because it was unusually hot.

traditional atmosphere elegant decor helpful staff
The hotel had a good traditional atmosphere. The decor was elegant, with lovely relaxation spaces. I found the onsen superb and the staff always cute and helpful.
The hotel was a little maze-like. I sometimes found navigation confusing.

Absolutely Loved My Stay!
kind staff attentive service clean environment relaxing experience
The staff was very kind and attentive to all my needs. They gave me vouchers to buy a gift from the shop next door, I picked out a beautiful purse. Everything felt so clean and well-kept, I noticed right away. The onsen was a big plus. I used it late at night and enjoyed the whole place all to myself, it was a relaxing experience.
I only found two washing machines in the laundry room, it was very busy, so I had to wait a long time to do my washing. It was not a big problem. though

The hotel features artistic gardening, plug converters. spa facilities. I found everything very convenient! There is also a shop next door, this allows guests to purchase gifts.

The breakfast included both set meals and a buffet. The steamed marinated chicken breast stood out. It was tender and flavorful. The hotel also provides vouchers for a small gift, I used it for a beautiful purse!

My room included a comfortable bed and pillows. The air conditioning worked great. I found the room clean! The rooms also offer nice amenities such as yukatas to wear to the Onsen.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area. It is close to the bustling Nishiki Market. I walked there in minutes! Karasuma Station is also a short walk away, it connects directly to Osaka Umeda and the main station.

inadequate laundry facilities missing desk
the onsen was nice.
The laundry facilities are inadequate. Only two machines are available. i waited several hours to secure a machine. This is unacceptable. the room lacked a proper desk and made working difficult.

onsen bath generous bedroom wanted hotel future guests
the onsen bath was a great plus. the bedroom area was generously sized. i found this hotel exactly what i wanted for my stay. i recommend this hotel to future guests.
i noticed only two washing machines for numerous rooms. this sometimes creates queues.

kind staff rejuvenating experience poor quality forgotten order
a wave of serenity washed over me.. the calm, cool atmosphere enveloped us. the staff were genuinely kind and eager to assist with anything we needed. it was a rejuvenating experience from start to finish.
the attached restaurant was very poor quality. the staffs forgot our orders, and we waited for over 30 minutes. during that time, they didn't provide us with any drinks or hand towels.
