good location fluent mandarin easy access
the location is good , near the mrt station. the staff spoke fluent mandarin , which was helpful. the hotel also sits close to malls and restaurants .
the gym felt small and had limited equipment.

Inconsistent Quality and Issues Encountered
lack of cleanliness uncomfortable bed
The location was convenient with easy access to the train station.
I was bothered by the lack of cleanliness upon arrival. Surfaces weren't properly wiped. Housekeeping also missed cleaning my room one day, I found this frustrating after being out all day. The bed was quite firm and uncomfortable (I didn't sleep well).

difficult air conditioning inconvenient elevators
the breakfast met my expectations. it was fine.
I was disappointed the air conditioning was difficult to manage. it seemed stuck on a very cold setting, even when i tried to adjust it to fan mode. the elevators also posed a problem. There were only two, and they were hard to press. this made getting around the hotel a bit frustrating. i was expecting more.

balanced stay
free popcorn convenient dryer hallway aircon dim room
the hotel offered free popcorn and drinks upon my arrival. i also found the washing machine and dryer available very convenient. this came in handy . it was definitely a plus.
the air conditioning in the hallway was not working. there was also a smell of smoke there. my room, though spacious, lacked natural light. it felt quite dim during the day.

perfect service dining choices inadequate floor uncomfortable cold
I adored the perfect service i received during my brief time here. the staff paid meticulous attention to every detail. the location proved advantageous with numerous dining choices a short distance away. So convenient for my needs.
The bathroom was a bit of a letdown. The floor drain seemed inadequate. it caused a minor flood each time i took a bath. So tiresome to deal with! also. The air conditioning wouldn't turn off. Even when set to fan mode. It made the room uncomfortably cold.

Really good Hotel Experience!
modern design helpful staff rooftop pool welcome drinks
The hotel is fine with a modern and clean design! Staff members, like Torn, Bozz, and Khaud, were super helpful and friendly. I loved the eighth-floor rooftop pool. It was never crowded and the city view was AMAZING!!! I appreciated the welcome drinks too. That's a fantastic touch.
The pillows were a bit too soft even after I requested firmer options. That affected my sleep slightly.

The breakfast selection was excellent with a variety of options available, including both Thai dishes and continental breakfast. They even had skilled baristas preparing delicious coffee, ensuring a GREAT start to each day!!!
