nice visit, one little thing

i thought the location was very pretty. i found the rooms were clean and comfy. the staff, i noticed, were friendly and polite. there seemed to be plenty of free parking available, which helped a lot.
service was a bit slow one afternoon, i had to leave before my lunch came out. i had already paid, so i lost the money. i did ask why others got served before me, and was told their meals were quicker.

my room had a comfortable bed and a nice view. it included a television with cable channels. the bathroom featured complimentary toiletries and fresh towels were provided daily.

the risotto was amazing and i really enjoyed it. charlie looked after us and he was friendly. he was professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to make our evening special even though it was very busy.
the service was so slow, i had to leave before my lunch order was served. i had paid up front so i lost my money.

poor choiceunserviced room
The breakfast choice was rather poor. I expected more. there were no cereals, fruit juice, or fruit, and i was only allowed one item off a cooked food menu. this felt restrictive. the rooms also were not serviced. That meant no fresh towels or tidying.
