a perfect getaway
beautiful decor comfortable bed quality linen convenient location
the room was beautifully decorated. comfortable beds featured quality linen. the bathroom included upmarket toiletries. (i particularly loved the hand soaps!) the location proved convenient, only a short walk from the city centre.
The corridors felt a bit narrow. Passing others on the stairwells required some maneuvering.

mixed experience due to facility issues
slow television derelict buildings
the recently refurnished room was acceptable with a comfortable bed.
the television was difficult it was slow to respond and froze often when using the guide. no bin liners were present in any of the bins i encountered. furthermore the derelict buildings adjacent to the hotel felt both unsightly and posed a potential security risk.

The room was large. It featured a bed with soft linens. The bar area was nice. The staff were all very friendly.

Really good Room and Attentive Staff
clean room spacious room attentive staff
I greatly appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room provided. I found the location perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with just a brief walk to the central attractions. The staff members were all very cute, i enjoyed the meals served .
I encountered an issue with the television. I found its response time slow, and it frequently froze when using the guide.

average stay, some issues
cold room air conditioning
the room was too cold when i arrived, the radiators weren't working. i asked the staff to turn them on, but there was still a cold draft near the bed. i think the air conditioning was to blame, it didnt helped the room.
