the staff offered help with luggage upon arrival. the breakfast was substantial. the room was spacious and clean. a bottle of sparkling and still water was provided on each side of the bed.

mixed feelings about my stay
ineffective air conditioningcramped gym
the lack of attention to detail was disappointing the room felt outdated there was no minibar the air conditioning was ineffective and the overall ambiance lacked a modern touch the tv remote didn't work. the gym was also a letdown only basic equipment was available and the space felt cramped I expected more from the hotel the experience felt far from luxurious.
