The entire place featured high-quality decor. Everything was spotlessly clean. I appreciated that. Staff members were genuinely friendly and helpful too. The restaurant menu was diverse, offering classics and unique options.
The room felt very cold upon arrival which was not ideal. I booked a room described as a king room, expecting a king size bed. This was misleading. It meant an extra-large room, so I paid more without getting the larger bed I wanted. The breakfast wasn't included. I felt the costs were quite high with its addition to the room price.

the room was comfortable and super clean. the staff work well as a team and they are friendly and helpful. the food tasted great too.
rooms were cold when i arrived. i booked a king room hoping for a king size bed, but it meant an extra large room. i paid extra for this bigger bed but was misleading.

The entire hotel features decorations made to a very high standard. Everywhere I went was spotlessly clean. I found the staff friendly and helpful. They addressed my needs promptly. The restaurant offered a wide menu, from pub classics to Lamb Kofta's. Portions proved generous.
I felt the room was too hot. There was no summer duvet provided. I either overheated or seemed like I was freezing. The bed seemed small. I am 5ft 8 and hit my feet on the toe board.

The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. A huge TV was mounted on the wall. The breakfast was really good, it featured plenty of choice and superb quality food. All the waiting and bar staff were charming and helpful.
The room was rather cold upon my arrival.

the hotel was decorated beautifully to a very high standard i noticed everywhere was spotlessly clean the entire time i was there the wide menu offered many options i found that appealing.
the room was a bit too warm and lacked a summer duvet so i felt a little uncomfortable at times it was still a pleasant stay though.
