unacceptable housekeeping
The location is VERY central. It is directly opposite the ferry terminal.
Housekeeping was unacceptable. My room was cleaned only once during the five nights i stayed. One excuse was that they could not find the room key, and another was that it was too late in the day for the staff to do it. I expect better service.

upgraded shower good breakfast convenient location remote check-in cold room limited window
The shower felt recently upgraded, and i liked it. breakfast was actually at the hotel next door. It had good options. the location worked. It was near the ferry terminal.
my room lacked on-site staff, so i had to check in at the other hotel. i found the room was a bit cold when i got there. there weren't many windows, just a skylight and a small window facing a wall.

clean room comfortable bed convenient location inoperable window insufficient blind exposed window
The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was close to shops and eateries.
The window would not open. The blind did not meet at the window sill, so light came in early. The window of the room looked over the dinghy roof straight into someone else's bedroom a short distance away.
