Excellent Stay Near Swallow Falls

The room was very clean. The bed was comfy. The car park was spacious. I appreciated the hotel's location directly across from the waterfall. Breakfast service was fast, and the food was excellent. The non-alcoholic drink selection was great. Staff members were friendly and helpful.

i found the staff to be friendly! the food was decent with enough choice. the location is good for exploring the surrounding area.
the room i stayed in was fairly dark and i could hear noise from other rooms. the walls felt thin. the room didn't have a phone to contact reception.

the recent refurbishment is evident, and i found the cleanliness excellent. my room was well-appointed with comfortable beds, and i especially appreciated the bathroom facilities. ample parking allowed us to explore the surrounding area, and it was wonderful completing check-in early for our convenience. the tea, coffee, and decaf coffee provided a welcome touch.
i noticed a few minor issues with the availability of certain food and drink choices , but it did not significantly detract from my overall experience.

the double room included a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. shampoo and conditioner were available in the shower, and a hairdryer was provided, offering convenience. lots of tea, coffee, and decaf coffee was available.

the hotel's location is perfect for exploring snowdonia national park. i appreciated being near swallow falls and having easy access to walking trails. the large car park was convenient for leaving the car and exploring.

i found the breakfast good.
the new build rooms at the back proved awful. the walls seemed paper thin! i heard every footstep and every conversation. the group above and beside me weren't even loud.. it's just that the walls were so thin that i hardly slept at all.

Fantastic Stay Close to Nature
amazing showercomfortable bedgreat foodfriendly staff
My room was immaculate, and it had an AMAZING shower. The bed was extra large and comfy. I slept so well! The pub downstairs served great food, and the staff were always friendly. Breakfast included both a buffet and a hot breakfast menu.

The location is great, directly opposite a famous waterfall. There is a village within walking distance. The hotel also provides convenient onsite parking , with easy access and peace of mind throughout the stay.
