hot shower privacy invasion
The shower was way too hot. I couldn't seem to adjust it. My hand got burned so I quit trying to get it to a reasonable temperature. The bedroom window stood open when we returned one day (this I am sure of). The owner told us no one opened it (hmm, not sure I believe that), and it reminded me of a bit of a privacy invasion.

excellent breakfast and superb location

comfortable bed great host faultless breakfast
I found the bed comfortable. The room was super clean. richard and tanya were great hosts with knowledge about the local area. the breakfast in the morning was faultless. We even got packed lunches for our day at snowdon which were great.
the bedroom window had been opened while we were out. i stated this to the owner, but he said no one had opened it. my partner and i knew it had been opened and felt it was an invasion of privacy.

Richard met us upon arrival and was a fantastic host. he provided all the information we needed for our stay. He happily shared his knowledge of events and things to do in the area. tanya's breakfasts were wonderful, i must say

I stayed in a room. It was clean and cosy. the room was advertised as a double bed. the bed was so big and unbelievably comfortable. the courthouse theme adds interest but even without that it is a quality accommodation.
