old mattresssmall bathroom
the mattress felt old and worn i think sitting on the edge damaged it over time it just wasn't comfortable for sleeping the bathroom was also quite small space was very limited there so it felt cramped i also wished they had provided biscuits with the tea and coffee that would have been a nice touch

i appreciated the complimentary bottled water in my room it was a thoughtful touch i also found the shower to be quite good finally the staff shined offering really good helpfulness and warmth throughout my visit everything seemed convenient and well-kept
during check in the bar area was crowded making it less private to discuss payment details that level of visibility felt a bit awkward and could be improved with a more discreet check-in process

my king room featured comfortable beds ensuring restful nights the room was also beautifully decorated with a clean presentation i found tea and coffee making facilities inside along with the complimentary water

the staff demonstrated excellent organisation throughout my stay they cared deeply about guest satisfaction check-in was smooth and efficient and i observed attention to detail in addressing guest needs

the room was clean and nicely decorated, room 4 specifically. i found the bed very comfortable and it included everything i needed.
The carvery was just fairly average. Nothing special.
