The room was spotlessly clean I found the food delicious. The lady behind the bar provided local delivery numbers because I arrived late and food service had stopped

terrible soundproofing unclear information
The soundproofing was ABSOLUTELY terrible! I stayed in the Twin Room. I could hear EVERYTHING from the neighboring rooms. It was like the walls were paper! The owner lives on the hotel and I could have called them. This information was NOT clear to me.

old mattress small bathroom
the mattress felt old and worn i think sitting on the edge damaged it over time it just wasn't comfortable for sleeping the bathroom was also quite small space was very limited there so it felt cramped i also wished they had provided biscuits with the tea and coffee that would have been a nice touch

a charmed stay
complimentary water good shower really good helpfulness
i appreciated the complimentary bottled water in my room it was a thoughtful touch i also found the shower to be quite good finally the staff shined offering really good helpfulness and warmth throughout my visit everything seemed convenient and well kept
during check in the bar area was crowded making it less private to discuss payment details that level of visibility felt a bit awkward and could be improved with a more discreet check-in process

my king room featured comfortable beds ensuring restful nights the room was also beautifully decorated with a clean presentation i found tea and coffee making facilities inside along with the complimentary water

the staff demonstrated excellent organisation throughout my stay they cared deeply about guest satisfaction check-in was smooth and efficient and i observed attention to detail in addressing guest needs

the room was clean and nicely decorated, room 4 specifically. i found the bed very comfortable and it included everything i needed.
