the staff welcomed our poodle, very thoughtful. every member of staff offered really good service from the manager to housekeeping. the food was plentiful and fantastic also.

My room was a Beautiful Double Room. I appreciated the hotel was super easy to find. parking was right outside.
The bedrooms are overly warm. The pillows were uncomfortable. The only way to cool the room was to open a window, though it faced a busy road.

The restaurant impressed us with its delicious beef sirloin and great vegetables. Martin, the General Manager, greeted us warmly and oversaw professional service. The dining room had a classy ambiance, fitting for a special occasion. Staff were efficient and friendly, from reception to cleaning.
The room showed minor signs of wear, indicating a need for some updates.

the room was very comfortable with good bedding and soft towels provided i especially liked the high-quality toiletries offered including shampoo the staff were amazing so courteous and helpful too nothing seemed too much trouble for them. the bedding quality stood out.

i had dinner at the hotel and found it to be delicious the staff were attentive and the service was commendable during breakfast the dining room had a relaxed atmosphere and the staff were always checking everything to ensure my satisfaction.

the hotel is dog friendly which is a big plus if you are travelling with your pet they even offer dog gifts to make them feel welcome additionally they provide fresh milk for your room upon request showing great attention to guest comfort.

I find the staff very friendly. They felt more like entering a posh home. The room has gorgeous bedding. The hotel provide little extras, a box of chocolates, and a handwritten welcome message with camomile and lavender relax spray.
I was staying at this hotel a few years ago. I loved it. Now is very different since the hotel became part of a chain. The dining room felt cold. There was a log on the fire in the lounge. There was no heat from it.
