short walk amazing breakfast
The location was excellent. A very short walk took me to the seafront and the town centre. breakfast was amazing, and the staff were very accommodating!!!

a decent stay
great location high quality breakfast coffee machine many stairs luggage assistance safe journey
the location was great, very close to south car park. it was a short walk to south beach, i REALLY liked that. the room had a safe and a coffee machine. breakfast was also of a high quality.
my room was on the second floor, and there were too many stairs. i did not get help carrying my luggage outside. there was no goodbye or safe journey as i departed.

Excellent B&B Experience
fresh fruit salad coffee cafeteria restaurant recommendation
The breakfast offered a good selection. Fresh fruit salad was available. It was not frozen. I also used the coffee cafeteria and tea pot in the breakfast area. Huw provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants.
The stairs to the second floor were a bit much for ME. A lift would enhance accessibility for SOME guests.

The room included a fridge and a large upright fan. These features helped cool the room. This was very beneficial. Hanging space was plentiful, and the bathroom felt roomy with huge towels, a nice addition.

Breakfast was a treat. The host cooked the food to perfection, and there was plenty of choice. A variety of drink options were in the room. I could make my own coffee. That was a plus.

The location provided close proximity to the beach. It also offered easy access to a long stay car park. The hotel was a one minute walk to an area overlooking the beach. It was very close to town.

small room fruit juices
I felt disappointed with a couple of things. the room felt quite small for the price, i expected more space. also, there weren't any fruit juices available at breakfast and no fresh water provided either. it was a shame. I would have liked a bit more variety.
