The receptionist was super friendly and check-in was easy. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was super clean. i liked the food selection for the evening meal. i heard no late music, although the hotel warned me about it. as a cat-dad, meeting bella was a highlight.

the family room shower was a great size. it included proper beds for both children the breakfast was also delicious the staff seemed genuinely helpful.
my christmas dinner lacked bread sauce. the turkey was also very dry i did raise these issues with a waitress but the concerns were dismissed.

I found the family room a great size. my kids were happy with their own single beds. It was much better than sharing. the food during our evening meal and breakfast was freshly cooked, i was impressed! the grounds were beautiful and quiet.

The room was comfortable and it had a lot of character.
As I approached the front desk, the receptionist emerged from a back room with another woman, both visibly sniggering after looking directly at me. I felt humiliated and unwelcome because of this blatant disrespect. It overshadowed an otherwise commendable stay so I hesitate to return.
