good pressure temperature control
I stayed in a sustainable standard double room. The shower had good water pressure and temperature control (i definitely enjoyed that).
The elevator made a slight noise sometimes.

A decent stay
helpful staff great location blackout curtains stiff door dead plant small café
The staff were helpful. I appreciated the location close to main attractions. The room had blackout curtains and I found them effective. The sound proofing from outside was also good.
The bathroom door was hard to open. IT WAS impossible for a child to open. The plant in the room was dead. There was not enough space in the café where breakfast is served, though

The hotel's proximity to the Grand Place proved very useful. I liked storing my bags securely after checkout. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The bathroom door opened with difficulty. The plant in my room looked dead. There was not enough space in the breakfast cafe.
