the location proved convenient, a short walk to the grand place. i appreciated the proximity to the central station. my room was clean and well maintained. i found the staff members quite helpful and accommodating .
the pillows were somewhat flat, and i would have preferred slightly firmer options.

The hotel location is great. It is close to many attractions. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. I was able to leave my bags after checkout. The room include comfortable beds. I found the location ideal. I could walk to many restaurants and shops. The metro station was also a short distance. This made getting around easy. The hotel provide convenient access to transportation. The staff assisted me with directions. They offered recommendations for local restaurants. I thought that the service was efficient. I appreciated the cleanliness of all public spaces.
The sink faucet sprayed water. It was difficult to use.

The location was excellent. I walked to many restaurants and shops right outside the door. I enjoyed being so close to the beautiful Grand Place. Our rooms were large, and the bathroom was spacious. The air conditioning worked marvelously in one room. I appreciated that breakfast included enough options for my kids to find something they enjoyed!!!
Taxis could not reach the hotel. This made arrival a bit difficult. It would be great if there was a designated drop-off point nearby.
