the staff was helpful regarding directions. the room was spacious with comfy beds. the bathroom offered good quality toiletries, i think it was very nice.

the hotel staff were attentive. The breakfast buffet offered varied options for all tastes.. i especially liked the waffle station. The fitness center included several machines to maintain my routine. Free weights and cardio equipment were available.

comfy bed clean bathroom spacious shower quiet area
i got a REALLY nice room with a comfy bed. The bathroom was super clean and the shower was spacious. The communal areas felt tidy and quiet. LOTS of TVs were available for watching live sports.

my king room featured a comfy bed and effective climate control. the bathroom was very clean and included a great shower. i found good light and a nice workspace were also provided in the room. i appreciated the convenient location near the metro station for easy travel across the city.
i noticed a slight delay once while waiting for the elevator during peak hours.

excellent breakfast strong point good location quick staff no drinking water empty bottle no hot water faulty pipe dirty floor
the breakfast was excellent it was definitely a strong point of the hotel. the location was also good. the staff fixed issues quickly when i reported them.
there was no drinking water in the room i needed some to take pills before sleeping. there was no hot water in the shower the pipe was not working properly. the floor in the room was very dirty.
