the beautiful double room had an air conditioner it maintained a comfortable temperature. breakfast included a northern irish fry with a pot of tea it was quite filling. the staff were friendly and very attentive to my needs they ensured i felt welcome.
the room faced the main street i could hear some traffic noise.

The staff was very helpful. I appreciated they found me a disabled space to park the car. All staff were great to deal with. We had dinner both evenings and all four meals were excellent.

Really good Stay, A Definite Return!

During my visit, I found tea and coffee facilities along with biscuits and bottled water in the room. Two bathrobes were provided in the bathroom. The room also included an iron, ironing board, and a large standing fan for comfort. The bed was huge and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The breakfast variety could include more options, such as pudding and mushrooms, yet the hotel was lovely and friendly overall.

I was a bit disappointed with my room. It overlooked a street (i think it was a one-way system). i couldn't open the window because of traffic noise, so the room felt hot and stuffy. i did not sleep well at all.

a gem of a stay!

i stayed here on august 10, 2024. the staff upgraded our room, a lovely gesture. it featured fluffy bathrobes, ritual products, a coffee machine for fresh coffee, bottled water, and chilled bubbly with glasses (it really made my day!).
the pillows were very hard, and noise from outside disturbed my sleep a bit. i hope they consider softer pillow options .
