fantastic staff, great location
friendly staff super clean room
the staff were very friendly. i appreciated lorna offering a lift to macnean house (it really saved us!). the room was super clean and well presented.
i found the food in the restaurant could be better. i expected a higher level of quality considering the hotel's reputation.

the carvery lunch included a great selection of meats. roast vegetables and garlic potatoes were offered as accompaniments. everything tasted fresh (the chef clearly pays attention to quality).

friendly staff super clean room inviting atmosphere
the staff were very friendly from check-in right through to check out! the room was super clean and very cosy, and it was presented really well. i loved the warm and inviting atmosphere and the attentiveness of everyone there

friendly staff cooked option good shower
The staff offered a friendly welcome and attended to every need. Nothing seemed too difficult for them. My breakfast included a hot cooked option that was prepared to order. I found my room to be genuinely lovely, especially the good shower!!!
