helpful staff comfy bed super clean room warm duvet plug issue reduced price
the staff was very helpful. i asked if my journey had been good. we went to our super clean room. the bed was comfy and the pillows were lovely. i slept really well.
the basin plug needed fixing in my room. the duvet was warm for a summer night, though it was lovely. the price would need to be reduced for me to stay again.

Charming Stay, Was excellent!
soft towels excellent breakfast
The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. I really liked the lovely soft towels. The breakfast was excellent, with good options.
I found there was nobody on reception at 0800 when I left, so I had to clear my room charges later.
Service

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was arranged especially early based on my schedule. I definitely appreciated the staff accommodating my needs. AMAZING!!!

lack of staff kitchen fan
The bed was comfy. The linens felt clean enough.
The lack of staff overnight was really inconvenient. I felt unsafe. the noise from what i think was the kitchen fan kept me awake. It was a constant hum all night, though i asked about it on my last night.
