The staff were very helpful. They provided recommendations for local restaurants. The location was close to major sightseeing spots and the Riva Promenade. The room was clean and spacious.
The air conditioning could not be controlled from inside the room. The cosmetics provided were in small quantities. The breakfast portions were small.

Our room included two bathrooms. We also found a supermarket next door, a very convenient detail. I appreciated the short walk to the harbor area. About ten minutes seemed perfect. The staff helped with all our questions, so I didn't need to worry about navigating the area.
The volume was limited on the television. You could only hear it clearly if you stood close to the screen, slightly annoying.

The hotel has a lift which is very convenient, especially with luggage. Breakfast offers numerous options and everything is excellently presented. The views during breakfast reminded me of dining in a restaurant with observation deck.

The staff offered helpful advice about local restaurants and city attractions. They accommodated an early check-in. Their friendliness was notable and really added to the positive atmosphere. They provided great care .

The room was clean and modern. The room had a layout with two bathrooms. A very pleasant surprise. I loved the harbour view from my window. A great scene to observe!
