inconsistent shower thin walls
The shower temperature was inconsistent. It swung from freezing cold to scalding hot without warning (quite the surprise!). also, the walls seemed paper-thin. i could hear every conversation from the neighboring rooms, which wasn't exactly conducive to relaxation. sleep wasn't easy.

the staff was helpful. making the stay acceptable.
the room i was given was not the type i booked. it was smaller than expected and quite disappointing, especially considering the price, a repaint in the bathroom was definitely needed.

peaceful ground gorgeous garden friendly staff strict policy drainage system wifi instability
The grounds were peaceful and gorgeous. It was a testament to the staff's meticulous care. The staff members were attentive and friendly. Manuketh and Vishva even taught my son cricket. That was really nice.
The cancellation policies felt strict. I found that inconvenient. I also noticed the drainage system seemed like a disaster. It seemed to not work properly, so that was not ideal. I found that wifi was not stable .

exquisite stay at a serene villa
ample space square bath large pool
i stayed in a suite with ample space. The bathroom featured a deep, square bath. i found the swimming pool to be quite large. i also took advantage of the tuk-tuk drivers just outside the hotel each evening.
the reception staffs could provide MORE details on local tours. i suggest doing some independent research before arrival.

the hotel benefits from sizeable gardens. it's a short walk of just some minutes TO the beach. the railway line runs near the bottom of the hotel, almost timeless charm.

our suite had stylish décor and character. we appreciated the attention to detail. the room had comfortable features that included a rainfall shower. the hotel provided amenities in ample supply.

the hotel provides freshly cooked meals to order. there is a large selection of food available. we enjoyed the swimming pool . it was clear the gardens were well maintained and attractive.
