i noticed that some areas of the hotel could use a bit of updating.

the pool area was beautiful. the pools were also very nice. the staff were generally friendly and helpful. i got a free upgrade to a junior suite!!!!
the check-in was unfortunately very slow. i waited over 20 minutes while the receptionist manually entered my passport details. the service in the restaurants seemed very inexperienced. service took a long time and something was often forgotten.

the location is great with a short walk to the beach. the breakfast buffet had many options to choose from (i especially liked the fresh fruit). the suite was spacious, larger than i expected. the staff were friendly and helpful .
i found the lack of storage in the room a bit inconvenient for a longer stay.

the suites were spacious and very clean i got a free upgrade to a massive apartment. the toiletries were good and the apartment was clean breakfast was nice. there was plenty of free parking around the resort
the check in took longer than expected it was about thirty minutes. the staff did not speak english well and it made things pretty complicated. they did not understand orders at the bars and restaurants
