i found the location super convenient. restaurants and bars were literally downstairs. it was an easy walk to the city's landmarks. the room was comfortable and perfect (it fitted a family of four nicely).

the daily cleaning service was very efficient. staff members addressed my inquiries promptly and thoroughly. they provided assistance with directions and local recommendations. the team was friendly and helpful.

small bathroommissing assistance
the bathroom was quite small, and the door didn't latch properly. this was awkward. i found it inconvenient with my luggage. the lack of assistance with carrying bags was noticeable, and the stairs were a bit tiring after a long day.

i found a superb location and beautiful accommodations with friendly staff. the room was spacious, it had a beautiful design. i loved i was so close to the chapel of souls, a delight to see every day.
the back of the bathroom door looked not clean, i saw hair and dust. the rugs in my room also were not clean, with hair and bobby pins present.

the staff were very pleasant and always ready to help. they showed genuine interest in guests and possessed sufficient knowledge about the city. i found the airport shuttle well managed.

breakfast was a super surprise! there was fresh pastries and coffee. i liked the selection of salami, ham, and cheeses for a breakfast sandwich. there were both good sweet and savory choices.

i stayed here for three nights and it was pretty great. the breakfast had fresh food and a good amount of options. the staff were really helpful, especially with directions.
it wasn't a big issue for me, but i can see it being difficult for some people.
