The team its amazing. Its customer focused at all times! I loved my room. It was modern. The room had river view, totally worth it! It also was very spacious. The hotel is very chic and designed very well. I like it a lot.
Everything its amazing except the gym. It has a poor air conditioning, and it turns off during night. I found the room becoming hot at night. It need fixing.

The rooftop pool provides amazing river views. I saw it. The hotel bar is magnificent. I loved the welcome drink. The hotel features a heated swimming pool. That is good. A lovely bread cart is available at dinner. They carve the bread at the table.

My beautiful king room had river view and was spacious. I am happy. The bed its comfortable. I slept well. The room has a welcome basket with fruit and wine. That was nice. The room include turn down service.

Very nice Hotel with Lovely Staff!

I walked to see the city every day because the location is perfect. Nuno the bar manager, Joao the bartender, Rueben the F and B manager, Dennis the hospitality manager, and Rogerio the concierge manager. The service stood out to me as top notch. The breakfast offered a fabulous selection of items I wanted.
The hotel can improve pool cleaning. I noticed some debris in the pool one morning.

The hotel offers convenient access to Porto via a short walk across a beautiful bridge. The surrounding area provides a quieter atmosphere and lovely views of Porto. I found the location excellent for exploring both sides of the river.

The room was beautiful though the bedsheets and pillows were not plush. It was disappointing! I found the kitchen was not classy.

the gym was bad. the air conditioning shut off at night and the room got warm. during breakfast, staff got confused with orders and forgot them. this happened even when orders were placed multiple times.

The staff was friendly. The guest relations manager arranged our transport and dinner reservations and his recommendations were spot on (a attentive service).
The hotel has an inadequate gym. Air conditioning turns off at night, thus the room warms up.
