location was acceptable for exploring the area with free car parking available.
the restaurant menu was lacking. most starters were not available. my room had road noise and Mould present in both the bedroom and the bathroom.

I enjoyed the bright room. It was well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a good choice of gluten-free options for dinner, including desserts (often neglected!). The powerful shower was amazingly warm.
The menu in the restaurant felt lacking with some starters unavailable due to a large party the day before.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, i especially appreciated the quick service. i had the chicken burger, it was delicious, it had great onion rings, fresh and tasted wonderful. liv and anya served us.
the room i was in faced the road, so there was a bit of road noise.

the food in the bar was delicious and homemade!!! the portions were a great size. the beers were well kept. the shower had powerful water pressure and good temperature control.
My room faced the road. Some noise was noticeable.

the sunday carvery presented a great choice of vegetables. sophie, anya, and liv was very charming, they gave great attention to detail.
the menu lacked starters. it also lacked quite a few of the mains. i received a typed note later that day, which didn't cover the incident appropriately.

The room was clean and presented well, a relief after a long day.
I had arranged a meal in advance, but upon arrival, the staff denied any knowledge of this arrangement (they said it could not have been told). Breakfast service was slow the next morning, and that impacted my schedule.
