The staff was SO attentive and accommodated our late checkout request, which I REALLY appreciated. The food was AMAZING!!! The location was excellent, near many attractions. It was easy to get around and see everything I wanted.

the breakfast had a great choice of options and quality. the golf cart transport to the ferry post was of a great help to me. the hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful when i asked for something. the room was comfortable and nicely decorated, it was as i expected.
i didnt initially get the room with a balcony that i booked. i did had to make a complaint for it. there are close bars with live music that plays late so i didn't sleep well. i could hear the bass even with earplugs.

the room was modern (i did like the décor). the staff was helpful.
I was disappointed to discover the minibar wasn't stocked at all, i expected at least water or some basic refreshments. the lack of available parking nearby was also a hassle. I had to walk quite a distance with my luggage. this made settling in a bit stressful.

The staff was helpful, even accommodating a late check-out request. The location proved excellent, offering easy access to many attractions. I found the food delicious.. especially the breakfast items. The room included a complimentary bottle of local wine.
The walls seemed a little thin. I could occasionally hear noise from adjacent rooms.
