Underwhelming Stay. Expected More

unique environment jungle setting dirty pool missing screens

The jungle setting was acceptable. It offered a unique environment.

I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail. The pool I had was dirty upon arrival. A real letdown. Some villas had privacy screens, but mine did not. It felt exposed to other guests near the main pool. The lack of consistent amenities made this place frustrating.
