The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I especially liked the fresh fruit selection. The staff were super friendly and always available to assist with any requests.
The lighting in the room was a little too dim at night.

clean rooms friendly staff central location
The rooms were very clean. It reflected great attention to detail (i noticed the super clean surfaces). the staff always stood ready to assist. the location was central, major attractions were only a short walk away.
the air conditioning unit was quite loud, i found it difficult to sleep well. i needed to use earplugs and noise canceling headphones with music, uncomfortable.

the hotel features a nice pool area giving resort vibes, and i found it to be very relaxing. the grounds were lovely and well-kept, they enhanced the overall ambiance of the place for all guests.

This place has a convenient location. It is close to the town center (about a 10 minute walk). several restaurants and an oxxo store are also within a few minutes' walk from the hotel, a great addition.

spacious studio effective air conditioning friendly staff quiet escape
The studio pool view was spacious and well-equipped. I found the air conditioning effective and appreciated the small fridge.. very useful for keeping drinks cold. The staff spoke English and were super friendly. The hotel provided a quiet escape.
The parking area has limited spaces.

musty smell hard pillows
the grounds were pretty good. the pool area was nice enough.
the room i got was not so great. it had a musty smell, the kind you can feel deep in your lungs. the shower barely trickled water, it was hard to rinse off soap. the beds, the pillows, they were all too hard. i don't know if i will return.
