A Relaxing Jungle Paradise
helpful staff easy transport excellent choices
The staff was helpful. They noticed my friend's room needed toddler amenities because of our room swap. Bicycles provided easy transport across the large hotel. The restaurant offered excellent choices with generous portions. The cenote felt private as there were fewer guests mid-week. (I could spend hours there!).
The highway noise near the entrance was noticeable. It impacted the tranquility of the lake area.

The on-site restaurant serves many delicious food and beverages in a nice setting. It accommodates both vegan and non-vegan preferences, quite rare. I enjoyed fresh fruit at breakfast (especially the local selections!).

The staff goes above and beyond to. Gonzalo provides guided tours of the underground river and explains the region. His passion and extensive knowledge make the tours special.

Each building possesses unique charm and blends seamlessly into the jungle environment. The rooms provide sunscreen and mosquito repellent, very practical. Rooms are spacious, well furnished and clean.
