attentive staff excellent options well maintained grounds prompt request
The staff were very attentive, addressing all requests promptly. breakfast included many excellent options. the grounds are well maintained.
The room felt a little warm. I was unable to adjust the thermostat to my liking.

charmed by Yorkshire hospitality
excellent food comfortable room thoughtful touch
the afternoon tea was special (i loved the scones!). the food was excellent, and the staff packed the leftover cakes and tarts for me to take. the room was nice and neat, with a razor and foam.
i noticed some wear and tear on the furniture in the public areas, it seemed a little dated.

stained carpet lack of cleaning
The breakfast was acceptable, offering standard options.
The room I had was not up to par, it seemed worn. There were stains on the carpet. There were also cobwebs, this showed a lack of attention to cleaning. I was frustrated by the overall upkeep.
