decent experience at this location
fresh seafood plentiful breakfast hard bed expensive laundry
the restaurant had amazing fresh seafood i think chef biju cooked it well i also enjoyed the plentiful breakfast the hotel provided. the staff helped us book train tickets they were efficient and kind.
the bed was too hard unfortunately i developed back pain the food portions were not generous enough. the laundry service felt quite expensive the sounds from other rooms were easily audible.

a lovely stay
clean room local options
i found the room clean , and the air conditioning worked very well. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh , local options , which i enjoyed trying each morning.
the bed was too firm , and the noise from the hallway was noticeable.

the staff were super cute and warm! the hotel's location was perfect, close to the main sites. the breakfasts were generous with indian options.
The bed was too firm. I quickly developed back pain, unfortunatelly. the food portions were small! i thought they lacked flavor and were pricey. the laundry machine was very expensive.

Charming Stay with Heartwarming Service
intriguing decor seamless experience helpful staff
The hotel boasts an intriguing interior decor with sculptures from various Asian cultures. The staff helped me locate several services nearby (I needed a good tailor) and also book local tours. The whole experience was seamless, allowing me to fully utilize my time as planned. Zero glitches occured during my short vacation.
The soundproofing was not perfect, I could sometimes hear the television from a neighboring room.

The team greeted me warmly upon my arrival, and the check-in process was smooth. The staff was attentive to my preferences and were willing to improve the experience daily. The front desk helped me figure out places to visit around the city.

The room was very clean and spacious (I even asked for a late checkout, they were understanding). The amenities were neatly arranged, including extra toiletries and more plug sockets than usual. The hotel feels thoughtfully constructed with a lot of character.

a fairly decent stay
amazing staff excellent location traffic issues lack of facilities
staff was amazing you know! they waited for me till 4:00 am because like, my arrival had delays. they also helped me with the late checkout, so cool! the location is excellent because it's like, in the center. it's a really good spot!
i didn't had a chance to enjoy their breakfast or use the other facilities. i was super bummed out. traffic issues were like, something else! when you book tours outside the area you should expect it.
