effective air conditioningpowerful hairdryer
i really enjoyed the spaciousness of the studio marina sun extra bed the air conditioning was super effective i also made use of the kitchenette with a microwave refrigerator and induction cooktop i found this very convenient i also appreciated the powerful hairdryer provided it worked wonders

the hotel location felt great near the beach. it overlooked the marina. the hotel restaurant included a picturesque view overlooking ferragudo. the main pool was a good size and felt very relaxing.
i thought the minibar pricing seemed stupid (i did not understand it). the sun loungers looked ok, but the umbrellas needed replacing. the bar area seemed closed for redevelopment and generated some noise.

excellent locationnice viewunderground parking
the location was excellent, right by the beach. it was only a few steps from my room. the views of the marina were quite nice. free underground parking was included. i appreciate that.
the breakfast buffet had many choices, but the omelet station used boxed eggs, tasteless..

The breakfast had a decent selection.
The staff was indifferent to guest needs. I asked about fishing charters. Five different front desk staff said the hotel did not offer them. It seemed none cared to share readily available information about nearby Alvor, a town with many fishing tour boats. There was a noticeable lack of effort and poor customer service.
