excellent design new amenities intelligent air conditioning convenient location

I found the room design quite excellent.. most amenities was new. The intelligent air conditioning automatically turns off when the window opens. The bathroom had excellent water temperature and pressure. conditioner was provided. The location proved convenient, being just a short walk from a free city tram stop.

I noticed a slight draught under the door .

poor communication insecure luggage storage

The location was convenient enough to the tram line and other sites.

Staff communication was noticeably poor upon arrival. I was told secure luggage storage was available, this proved false. I was directed to put luggage in the cafe section, accessible to all guests and far from secure, forcing me to keep it in my rental car.

great location spacious room clean facilities free coffee

the location was great. the room was very spacious. i found the facilities to be very clean. there was a nice, free coffee bar downstairs. it included free cookies and filtered water!

the kitchen and cafe area was not in operation. it also seemed much smaller than i had expected. the coffee machine downstairs was broken.

The staff demonstrated excellent friendliness and provided helpful service throughout my visit. My modern room was bright and clean. It even featured a balcony. I appreciated the good beds and adequate shower.. The coffee was also better than average. It was easy to walk to the market and various local restaurants.

cute reception team easy walking distance pleasant room car parking no milk no hair dryer

the reception Team looked very cute, and the location presented easy walking distance to the cbd center. the room, a standard queen room balcony, was pleasant. it had everything I needed for a short stay. facilities were great, I found a clean comfortable room.

i did have TO book car parking. there was none available when i arrived. no milk existed in the fridge for a coffee in the morning. i noticed NO hair dryer.
