mixed feelings about my stay
unresponsive staffrigid schedules
the service left much to be desired i found staff unresponsive to requests. obtaining drinks required a personal visit to the bar i Expected prompt service around the premises. restaurants operated on rigid schedules food disappeared well before closing. these limitations hampered relaxation.

the room was always clean and well kept by the efficient housekeeping staff. i found the variety of food options great. The buffet always had something new to try. the pools were a highlight for our family, especially the one near the kids' club.
i noticed that some of the signage around the resort could be a bit clearer

the hotel benefits from easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas, easily accessible by local transport. transfer to and from the airport was seamless and efficiently managed. the proximity to the beach allowed for quick and easy access throughout our stay.

i found the staff very attentive and quick to respond to requests. the guest relations team were available around the clock. the hotel organized daily activities for both adults and children, this kept everyone entertained.

the family room offered ample space for our family of four. daily housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness. i appreciated the well-stocked mini-bar and the comfortable bedding , made for a restful night's sleep.

mixed feelings about this resort
bitter coffeeold linens
the mixed drinks lacked consistency (sometimes great, sometimes undrinkable). coffee tasted bitter. the coke was flat, as if it had been sitting out for days. i also found the towels and linens to be quite old. the beach towels felt thin, not what i expect from a supposed 5-star hotel. the linens were so worn i could feel lint on my skin while sleeping.
