a decidedly mixed stay
room availability check-in delay
the food choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was acceptable.
my stay started with waiting for my room. though i booked through expedia, i waited eight hours. they did not let me check in untill around 5am. also, leaving caused similar inconvenience. i was out for several hours before my departure.

a decent stay
food choices cleaning services customer service mixed drinks bitter coffee flat coke
i was grateful for the variety of food choices offered for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. i liked the ample space available between the beach, swimming pool, and the hotel room itself. excellent cleaning services kept the tables tidy. the customer service was amazing, providing drinks and cutlery at the tables.
The mixed drinks were inconsistent. Some bartenders made amazing drinks, while others made them poorly. the coffee had a bitter taste, and i suggest they change the beans used. the coke was flat, lacking bubbles, and tasted stale.

family friendly atmosphere cleanliness excellence bitter coffee taste inconsistent drinks
The hotel had plenty of food options available. The cleanliness was excellent. I found the overall build quality to be very good. The atmosphere was family friendly. The beach was nice, too.
The coffee had a bitter taste. I think they need to change the beans. I thought the mixed drinks service needed more training to keep quality consistent. Sometimes drinks were great. Other times they were undrinkable.

modern equipment fresh fruit weight machines
The room included a safe. A minibar was restocked daily with water and soft drinks. The air conditioning worked very well. I ate at several on-site restaurants. I found a wide variety of food options. Fresh fruit and salads were always available. The gym had modern equipment. There were three treadmills and several weight machines. A sauna was a relaxing space.
The Wi-Fi signal was sometimes weak in certain areas of the hotel.

mixed feelings about my stay
unresponsive staff rigid schedules
the service left much to be desired i found staff unresponsive to requests. obtaining drinks required a personal visit to the bar i Expected prompt service around the premises. restaurants operated on rigid schedules food disappeared well before closing. these limitations hampered relaxation.

clean room food option kids' club efficient housekeeping
the room was always clean and well-kept by the efficient housekeeping staff. i found the variety of food options great. The buffet always had something new to try. the pools were a highlight for our family, especially the one near the kids' club.
i noticed that some of the signage around the resort could be a bit clearer

the hotel benefits from easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas, easily accessible by local transport. transfer to and from the airport was seamless and efficiently managed. the proximity to the beach allowed for quick and easy access throughout our stay.

i found the staff very attentive and quick to respond to requests. the guest relations team were available around the clock. the hotel organized daily activities for both adults and children, this kept everyone entertained.

the family room offered ample space for our family of four. daily housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness. i appreciated the well-stocked mini-bar and the comfortable bedding , made for a restful night's sleep.

mixed feelings about this resort
bitter coffee old linens
the mixed drinks lacked consistency (sometimes great, sometimes undrinkable). coffee tasted bitter. the coke was flat, as if it had been sitting out for days. i also found the towels and linens to be quite old. the beach towels felt thin, not what i expect from a supposed 5-star hotel. the linens were so worn i could feel lint on my skin while sleeping.
