the room was very quiet and the wifi signal was strong. the facilities were great. the breakfast was lovely and served in a very clean dining room. i found everyone very helpful , which i appreciated a lot.

breakfast was cooked to order, it was excellent, and plenty of hot coffee was available. the breakfast room was bright. you could have as much coffee and tea as wanted. quality and quantity was amazing.

the breakfast had many options. i pre-ordered my hot breakfast the day before. there were also continental choices available, including juices and cereals. the single bedroom was perfect for me.
The refrigerator made a loud noise all night long. the toilet tank also made noise. the bed wasn't comfortable. the toilet had an odor. Though i did not tell anyone.

i visited in june and found the improvements by the new owners excellent. the single room was clean with new bedding. the uprated shower was excellent! breakfast included a great selection and cooked options were available on request.
the fridge made a slight noise during the night but it wasn't a big deal.

The owners accommodated my family with very short notice. They ensured we felt welcome, and my son enjoyed the full English breakfast. I found the room updates kinda surprised me. The guesthouse possessed a friendly, relaxing atmosphere, and the cleanliness and coziness were very good.
There was toilet odor. I found that the bed was uncomfortable.
