acceptable, but SOME issues.
the breakfast included many choices and the food was prepared well.
i found the bedroom to be dark and the wallpaper old fashioned and dated. the bed was not AS comfortable as i hoped.

Breakfast included a wide selection with ample portions. The hosts ensured i had everything i needed! the room was spacious and maintained to a high standard. the location was very convenient, placing the beachfront and local restaurants within easy reach. i also found the shower room clean.
The wallpaper seemed a little dated. everything else was superb.

the room included a fridge which was really useful, and the bed was comfortable. i could find tea and coffee making facilities in the room, so i felt really looked after. the room was a good size.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gladly answered all my questions! the hosts clearly take pride in their work, and the homemade jam at breakfast was a standout treat. they provided local bus route information too.

i found the breakfast very rich.. they offered many options. the location allowed easy access to the beach and transportation. onsite parking was free.

a good retreat
friendly hosts high cooking standards excellent location thoughtful touch
vicky and scott were friendly hosts. breakfast included many choices and high cooking standards. the location was near the seafront and train station for exploring the devon coast. fresh milk in the room's mini fridge was a thoughtful touch.
the parking was a bit tricky to manage at first.

super room super clean state delicious breakfast
The room upgrade to a super size was a treat. I noticed everything was super clean. Breakfast included delicious eggs Benedict. It was a true highlight.
The bedroom had dark decor and old wallpaper. It felt a bit dated.
