a lovely little gem!
amazing hosts delicious breakfast perfect location fresh eggs benedict
jo and martin are AMAZING!!! breakfast was superb with so many delicious options. i enjoyed the fresh, cooked-to-order eggs benedict each morning. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the seafront.
the tea and coffee selection in the room, while plentiful, could use a slightly wider variety of herbal teas.

The location allows quick access to nearby attractions. The promenade is about 150 yards away. bars and restaurants are located nearby. This makes it very convenient. the town is a short, pleasant walk.

The hosts were cute and friendly. they provided all the necessary information. jo offered suggestions on places to visit. This was very helpful. nothing was too much trouble for them.

The room included everything i needed, and more. it was beautifully decorated. it was also spotlessly clean, which i really appreciated. the bed was super comfy. I slept wonderfully.

lovely atmosphere excellent hosting enough space bathroom mirror
the family room had a separate area just for the kids, wow! the beds felt so comfortable, i almost took one home with me, honestly. breakfast was top tier, cooked breakfasts one day, eggs benedict the next. all the continental stuff you could dream of. the atmosphere was so lovely and the hosting excellent.
the room we stayed in did not have enough space, bummer! the bathroom mirror had a crack, ugh. i hope these are fixed soon.

really good stay
hot food cute host
the breakfast offered a great range of hot food (i especially liked the eggs benedict). the room was super clean and beautiful. jo and martin were cute, they were always available. every thing you need and more was in the room.
i have no complaints about my stay.

children beds sweetie bear communal area
the room had a nice size i found children's beds in their own little alcove. a sweetie bear was right outside the room i stayed in. there were books and board games available on the landing in the communal area
the attic room wasn't suitable for a family i think
