stylish stay
comfortable bed quality housekeeping excellent staff
the room had a large, comfortable bed. regular housekeeping maintained high quality. all staff members offered excellent service, showing friendliness and helpfulness. breakfast was really good in quality, including a takeaway option for an early trip.

i found the staff very friendly and efficient. they seemed happy to help. the location suited me very well. the room was beautiful and well equipped (i appreciated the small details). breakfast was great.
the frontage was very subtle and i missed it a few times. the bathroom in my duplex room was tiny. the spiral staircase was very narrow (a slight inconvenience).

the breakfast was very good (especially the fresh pastries). the staff suggested great places to visit. the pool was heated. it.
i missed the subtle frontage a few times. the bathroom in my duplex room felt quite tiny. the spiral staircase was very narrow for luggage.

Excellent Hotel Experience
quiet street modern decor
I enjoyed the excellent breakfast. Staff were cheerful and friendly to ensure a great stay. The location is a few minutes walk from the city center. The hotel is nicely situated on a quiet street. The rooms are bright. Rooms are well proportioned and beautifully furnished. Reception presents understated modern decor with traditional features.
I found the pool small. Pool position means it can be commandeered by a small number of guests.

Every member of the team was ready to assist guests with a smile. The staff was attentive to our needs during anniversary celebrations. Reception staff provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.

Breakfast offered fresh juices. There was a considered menu available. The breakfast featured great quality food. The breakfast catering staff were very attentive and accommodating to all guest requests.

EXCELLENT stay
friendly staff soap demonstration direct train
The staff was very friendly. The hotel is close to a key metro station. This offers a direct train to the airport. The soap making demonstration with natural products was a highlight. I even got samples and one had a dinosaur inside for my grandson.
The hotel frontage is very subtle. I missed it a few times. I think it needs better visibility.
