Really good Stay!
great location friendly staff spacious room
This hotel boasts a GREAT location near the Douro River and port wine cellars! I found the staff very helpful and friendly at all times. The room felt spacious and very well appointed, a TRUE luxury. The rooftop bar offered great views and an amazing atmosphere.
I noticed the gym is not very big. It NEEDS more equipment. It seemed small for a hotel of this size and quality.

The staff are very kind and always willing to help. They gave me great advice on local restaurants. Communication with the hotel was easy, either face-to-face or via WhatsApp.

The hotel sits in a BEAUTIFUL area, providing convenient access to shops and dining. The Douro River is very close. Porto is just across the river and easily accessible by walking or Uber.

The suite I stayed in included modern amenities and a new design, VERY excellent. The room was regularly cleaned, sometimes even several times a day. It had amazing views. !!

The breakfast offered MANY options and fresh products, a real treat. The rooftop restaurant has open views of the city where guests can taste different dishes. Room service arrived quickly.

varied breakfast immediate access comfortable bed
breakfast presented many options. the location provided immediate access to the area. sophia from reception provided quick help many times. i found the beds very comfortable.
the bar downstairs lacked a comfortable setting.
