varied menu tasty dishes convenient location
I was pleased with the restaurant at the hotel. It offered a varied menu with tasty dishes. I found the location quite convenient. It was close to many amenities and attractions, made exploring very easy.

a weekend of surfing and sounds
perfect location warm welcome nice staff generous amount
the hotel's location was perfect, especially since we were there for surfing and a live concert. dawn and the cleaning staff were nice, everything felt cute. the toiletries in the bathroom were a lovely touch. i found the generous supply of tea and coffee to be wonderful.
The music was quite loud from friday to sunday nights. It finished between 12:30 and 1 am each night.

the family room included comfortable beds for everyone. the bathroom included hand creams and soaps. each room has its own parking space right in front of the door, providing convenience.

a smoking area is available at the back of the hotel. the hotel restaurant has grilled dishes. each room features a picnic table with a bit of garden space, though i didn't get to use it.

the staff offered a very warm welcome at reception. dawn was especially helpful. the cleaning staff was friendly too, our stay was pleasant.

the location is very convenient. it is a stroll to the beach and town centre. the hotel is close to restaurants. it was a perfect stop before commencing our drive along the great ocean road.

rooms were decent
great location friendly staff ample amenities loud music thin walls no wifi
i liked the location a lot. it was walking distance to cafes and the town center. the cleaning staff were also friendly and the check in staff too. we had ample amenities for example tea and milk.
the music was loud most of the night. i could heard the music like there was a nightclub in the room. i could hear my neighbours very clearly as well. its a shame there was no wifi even though there is a router.

central location blockout curtains
The location was quite central. This helped a lot. The room included blockout curtains. They were effective.
The room was somewhat scruffy though the linen was clean.
