greasy hot food inattentive staff
The breakfast fell short of expectations. I found the hot food to be quite greasy. The quality was not there. the bar staff seemed preoccupied, it took a while to get their attention.

i found the location very convenient for exploring nearby attractions. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). the hotel provided complimentary parking, a definite plus.
the shower pressure was not great.

lovely music wide variety friendly staff
The staff seemed friendly. I especially enjoyed the live music in the bar both nights. There was a good selection of dishes, and the food was gorgeous. It seemed like a fantastic weekend.

delicious breakfast leisure center
I was attending a show at the Theatre Royal, its location is just across the road. Staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was delicious, it included a lot of choice. I also availed of the leisure center facilities.
The room was clean and spacious, however it felt very damp.
