excellent stay!

the staff provided a warm plate, cutlery, and a serviette for my takeaway. a complimentary can of coke, i thought this was very kind! the staff was helpful with local tips. the building and furnishings created a warm atmosphere.
I wasn't given information about front door locking times, breakfast, or how to order. I also received only one key. this resulted in me being locked out at 1:30am and i would have appreciated more clarity.

my room was quiet and had an outside patio area, this was room 14 on the ground floor. the bed linen was clean and i thought that was a plus. the bed was good.
