exquisite gem, A nice stay
really good location comfortable furnishings underfloor heating great shower
The location of this hotel is really good, offering easy access to many attractions. The room i had, the fusiliers, was well-appointed with comfortable furnishings. I found the underfloor heating to be particularly useful. The shower facilities provided both a rainfall shower and great water pressure.
I experienced a slight delay during check-in, as the front desk was temporarily unattended when i arrived.

The staff members displayed genuine warmth. They provided assistance with directions to local points of interest. I requested extra towels . These were promptly delivered to my room within minutes.

great location amazing options
the location was great and the staff were amazing. breakfast had amazing options, especially the eggs benedict with salmon. i loved all the baked treats i found in the room when i arrived and the comfortable beds.

The staff provided helpful service. I received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. The room was luxurious with great facilities. The location is amazing, situated near a park!).
I did notice that nobody was at the front desk when I checked in. I waited about 20 minutes for assistance while my car was parked outside.
