Ella, celina, and zimi provided fantastic service. the location is excellent with close proximity to everything! the rooms were also super clean. I loved that.
The beautiful room we booked initially was disappointing!! it felt small, dark and damp. there was no outside window. the bathroom was also crammed into the small room. That was a bummer.

i was super impressed with the airport pickup service the hotel provided , it made arrival seamless. the location rocks, putting me right in the middle of everything i wanted to see and do. the staff stored my bags while i took a multi-day tour, so convenient!
the skybar was temporarily closed, a slight bummer but understandable.

The hotel had a really good breakfast with various options. I noticed fresh fruit, pastries , and local dishes. they offered excellent coffee and tea choices each morning, so nice.

The staff was VERY friendly. They offered AMAZING recommendations on local attractions. I also appreciated that they stored my luggage when I traveled to SaPa. The location is near the lake.
The rooftop bar was advertised, but it was closed. The hotel also offered used slippers, which i found odd.
