the location was awesome! a café was just a few steps away. a coffee shop across the street was super convenient. the staff offered very helpful directions to local attractions.
i noticed the walls seemed a bit thin, and i could occasionally hear noises from neighboring rooms.

my queen room was spacious and clean, a very important thing. the bed was comfortable, and i slept really well. the room had all the necessary amenities. i definitely enjoyed the layout.

The parking was convenient and felt secure. This is a big plus! it cost $25 per night. i could see my car from my room, which gave me peace of mind. the hotel had everything i needed.

The location is really convenient. It's just a short walk to ghirardelli square. i also found it easy to access main bus routes. there are several coffee shops and a great pizza place nearby, super handy.
Check-in was a bit of a hassle. They initially said my payment was declined. the room was quite outdated and dark (i wasn't a fan). the bathroom was also very small and the shower head felt strangely low.

The staff was very nice. They made my arrival smooth. The room was a decent size. It was also clean upon arrival.
The hotel was right on the road so there was noise. I could hear every car passing by. The room was also dark. I had to keep the lights on all the time.
