small room refund delay
The staff was helpful. They offered directions to Union Square.
The room was smaller than expected, and luggage space was tight. The noise from the street was noticeable (even late at night). I also didn't like the $300 deposit charged to my account. It took about a week to be credited back.

totally rad stay!
spacious room great amenities
i loved the spacious room i was in! it felt really luxurious with great amenities. the front desk staff are helpful and friendly, especially gonzalo, who helped me with directions. i definitely recommend.
the room i was in faced taylor street and the street noise at night makes it difficult to sleep. sirens woke me up several times. i also noticed, the sink was outside the bathroom.

the hotel is close to union square which is cool. it's easy to walk to shops and restaurants from here. public transport is also really accessible from the hotel.
