transport arrangement dining suggestion daily cleaning many choices
The staff arranged transport. They made suggestions about local dining. My room was cleaned well daily. Breakfast had many choices!!!
The air-condition wasn't fixed in my room, even after I mentioned it. Still, it wasn't a huge issue.

The room included a big balcony. The room was quiet and spacious. I had a coffee machine, Kevin Murphy shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and moisturizer. The rooms are well-isolated ensuring a good night's sleep.

The hotel boasts an AMAZING location. It is very clean throughout. The working space in the lobby is a fantastic touch. The amenities are modern and new.

amazing stay!
great kits friendly staff very nice value awesome amenities
the room blew me away, it offered very nice value. the staff were genuinely friendly and welcomed me warmly. i particularly appreciated the good amenities available in the room (especially the thoughtful kits). i found myself wishing i could extend my stay longer as i really enjoyed the hotel. the location allowed me to reach the night market easily.
I had a slight issue with the air conditioning. It wasn't fixed in the bedroom even after i reported it, but luckily, it wasn't too severe.

The hotel has a variety of restaurants. You can select japanese, local, italian, or chinese cuisine. i noticed the breakfast had many options including both asian and continental dishes. i thought this variety catered well to different preferences.

The hotel is near wat phnom. This temple marks the origin of the city. its proximity to the night market is a great advantage for experiencing local culture. the hotel's location near key attractions simplifies travel.

my room featured a coffee machine and bedside tables with night lights. labelled switches and outlets made using the room convenient (a very thoughtful detail!). i had a modern room with generous space and many windows.

convenient location helpful staff easy walk high costs limited choice unavailable menu
The hotel location was quite convenient. It allowed me a easy walk to some restaurants. The staff was great they even found my ring. I was able to return to them after a week to get it from lost and found.
Breakfast buffet costs were to high. The choice was quite limited even with good quality. Some menu items were unavailable because there were not many guests, despite full price costs. This does not feel right.
