The hotel location is ideal. i particularly loved the indian restaurant. I lost count of how many times i went back. the staff were consistently warm and polite. everyone remembered me, looked after me.
the service at the spa felt mechanical rather than genuinely warm.

the concierge experience was really good, always helpful and attentive to my needs. reception staff were always available and ready to assist with any requests, promptly addressing any questions i had. the in-room dining service was good and delivered meals efficiently.

the buffet restaurant featured multiple stations, each with a wide and beautifully curated selection. the breakfast area staff provided prompt and efficient service. i found the food to be AMAZING!!! the in-room dining menu was extensive.

the room was very clean with top notch standards. housekeeping staff were polite and ensured customer satisfaction. the room itself was spacious with every detail carefully thought out for comfort and luxury, i found it very restful.

The gym was somewhat busy during peak hours. One had to wait for equipment.
