disjointed designmissing toiletries
the room i booked, a beautiful junior suite, was not what i expected. the design felt disjointed. it seemed like furniture was just randomly placed. also, some standard toiletries were missing and i noticed dust on surfaces. the toilet lacked privacy too.

I found the location quite convenient. It provided easy access to both the train station and the city center. the staff members were helpful. i found my room clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. breakfast had diverse options, including a freshly prepared omelette.
my room faced the main street. opening the window was not an option, and the air conditioning unit sounded loud. it impacted my sleep quality.
